Where is the studio located?
The studio is located in the Kelly Professional Center in Nags Head at 2300 S. Croatan Highway in Suite 301A, next door to Kelly’s Restaurant.
What are the hours at Personal Training with Kim?
Personal training sessions are scheduled by appointment. You can call, email, or text to schedule.
How much are personal training sessions?
Training packages are based on the amount of sessions you are interested in per month. Contact me to schedule a free consultation! I’ll be happy to answer any questions you might have.
How many times should I train per week?
You should determine the amount of training by your schedule and budget. If we train together less than you would like, we can come up with a program for you to work on outside of the studio. I’m practical and realistic to help you set appropriate goals.
What kinds of exercises will I do?
Together we will determine appropriate exercises to get you results.
What can we work on together?
We can work on many different things together, such as core stabilization, strength, weight loss, flexibility, coordination, balance, muscle awareness, muscle lengthening, the rehabilitation of past injuries, and more.
What should I wear to personal training sessions?
Wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes.
Can I exercise in the studio any times other than my scheduled appointment?
Unfortunately the studio cannot accommodate more than the individual or individuals during a scheduled appointment.
Can I get nutritional guidance during my personal training sessions?
Absolutely! I want to help my clients determine healthy and realistic diets for their lifestyles. But I do not prescribe nutrition because I’m not a licensed/registered dietitian.
